We paid for a triple room and they give us a double one, close to the swimming pool with very high music until 1a.m. They don't have any phone number to communicate with them..I have never seen it! And the ask for 2 euro for each device a day..Unbelievable. The breakfast was really bad, any fruit, and any variation in the menu.

Nice place to stay and return if the management will be respect to not smoking customer to.

I like location, reception staff. All problem was solved very quickly. Excursion and staff who made this excursion.

SMOKING, SMOKING, SMOKING everyway on the beach, around seating aria, beside the restaurant, on the balcony, in the bar aria. There are not designation aria for smoking and not smoking. They made comfort and respect to smoking customer, but what about not smoking??????? My second big issu cleaning room. they only give us a towel and shits. Floor was cleaning very poorly, even the bathroom not always been clean properly. Evening intertiment.

Would choose this hotel anymore!

We liked the fact that the hotel had the beach really close and the animation team was really nice,kind and trying their best to entertain us all the time!

From the start since the check we know we are going to have some negative moments because of the lack of communication from the reception team.She wasn't speaking english very well,very poor and then she forgot to give us the bracelets,we had to come back for them,she didn't asked us if we are allergic to anything,didn't give us the WiFi password or a lot of info about the all inclusive rules that they were applied.Other times that I would needed a information from them they were rude,not smiling and wouldn't want to help much! The food wasn't to bad,6 out of 10,they could do a lot more.The service in the main restaurant was poor and at times we had plastic cups after they finished the glass ones.Wrong information about booking one of their restaurants and most of the times that lady wasn't there.Dissaponiting even the staff from the bars,not filling the glasses properly and do not speak English,don't smile most of them.Felt really uncomfortable going to get a drink.One day the bar from the beach was closed,no lifeguard,no lady to book a restaurant..bizarre..Shower in the room is really small and the bathroom stinks even though was really clean after the maid had been there

Definitely not a 4 start hotel My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The entertainment went on until 1am, making it difficult to sleep. The reception staff, especially Alina, seemed unhelpful and unresponsive. Despite being asked to return multiple times to reception, we received no assistance. Another staff member blamed us for our booking choice and refused to refund us when we wanted to change hotels due to the sleep disturbances. The loud music was audible from all rooms, and the back rooms had noisy air conditioning units. While the hotel might suit those interested in late-night partying, it's certainly not ideal for families. The beach was the only redeeming feature, but staying at the front of the beach wasn't an option because they had a few rows of sunbeds where you had to reserve . These remained empty .We had to settle for a non-private area to keep an eye on my niece while she played in the water. It was frustrating that everything came with an additional cost, including WiFi, sunbeds, parking, and some food- and this is based on ‘all inclusive’. Thankfully, we found a restaurant adjacent to the hotel that served delicious food throughout the day. The outdated systems of the hotel are in need of a major update to match the standards found elsewhere in Europe. Customer facing staff need to be friendly and helpful. As a seasoned traveler, I've been to various places around the world, but I can confidently say this is the worst hotel experience I've encountered. Feedback from staff after explaining how the third room we moved to in 3 days had noise, and noisy neighbours, please can we check out early and be refunded of the last 2 nights. ‘Hello, thank you for your feeddback , however the will be no reunds. thank you’

Nice sandy beach but no 4stars service and quality provided, incompetent hotel manager in possition

After visit of manager from STS Palermo, a few things have changed what local hotel manager was ignoring from guest's comments, e.g. staff began to clean sun-beds from personal leftovers/towels etc., but capacity still was not enough. We visited Lebanese restaurant in hotel. Food was nice and tasty, but service provided doesn't fulfill 4*hotel quality with several negative things, e.g. very simple decoration, plastic chairs, waiter rejected to serve any drink, not even the carafe of home wine. He requested me walk 50 meters to cashier and order it there. Cashier had system out of order, so after 15mins I got a low-quality wine from drink-machine. We visited another fish restaurant in hotel with similar not much positive impression. Nice sandy beach.

Another STS manager intervention is needed in following problems: Hotel management behaves non-environment friendly, e.g. they use plastic cups and spoons in main canteen and bars, and generates several dozen kilos of plastic waste in day! 4* hotel doesn't have drinkable water in hotel rooms, only canteen during opening hours and in bars in plastic cups. They charge extra almost for everything, e.g. Kiwi beach fee for 8.5e/day for sun-bed and umbrella but no guarantee you get one. Hotel is under-dimensioned to provide 4* quality service for 170euro/night (all incl.). They're missing table capacity in restaurants, missing number of sun-beds on beach, missing waiters/cleaners in canteen, missing plates. The room cleaning happened at 3rd day, when I caught a cleaning lady personally. During lunch in the self-service main restaurant looks like fabric canteen, no place left to sit, staff not able to clean it up, no plates, no forks and knives available in busy hour. They started check-in at 15:00 (which is late non-standard check-in time), there was a long queue and I waited for a room key 50 mins. The first visit of hotel restaurants is without extra charge (NOT FREE as written on hotel restaurant info list), but next visit is extra charge +15e or +25e depend on color of hotel wrist/bracelet. This info was not clearly written on restaurant info list. Hotel WiFi is slow and 2G/3G/4G radio coverage from several mobile operators is very weak in this rural area. This hotel is worst for money vs. service. STS manager and hotel owner must take an action or deducted one star to 3*hotel.

Nice beach, terrible rooms

The beach is wonderful. The animation was great. The small restaurants were somewhat good.

Our room (122, advertised as family room) was disgusting. It did not match at all the pictures uploaded here in Booking (see real pictures below). The whole room was smelling of mold. The bathroom was smelling of sewer. The grid of the air conditioning was full of mold (was replaced/cleaned on our request). The shower curtain was yellow at the bottom (was NOT replaced despite our request). The closets were damaged. The door was hard to open. We were not given a drying rack (finally got one the second day after multiple requests). We did not have a balcony and the view from the window was on the parking lot. Everything costs, parking, wifi, an obligatory club fee (for using the beach/pool facilities), etc. At check in, we waited almost one hour in line. After watching the room, we asked for another room and our request was not fulfilled. For some reason, the bathrooms in the common areas are not equipped with keys. While the exteriors may match a 4-stars hotel. The rooms are somewhere between 1-star and 2-stars. I don't understand how they managed to get 4 stars from the authorities. The staff is friendly but they can't do much to overcome the inefficiency of the management and the structural problems. The hotel requires serious renovation works. We enjoyed our stay anyway, because of the nice beach and the good animation, but the moment we went back to the room we were depressed. We will not visit this hotel again.

The sea is amazing,in 1 minute you arrive at a wonderful,very clean private beach and it's just amazing! The staff was very friendly and open minded; The food was absolutley stunning and the ristoranti they offer are really amazing Very nice and beautiful resort!

The beach was very convenient.

The food wasn't great. The music on the beach was a bit loud. The payment system was cumbersome and slow, lots of waiting to get anything inside the structure.
